Affiliation
In an effort to promote more depth to fanlistings, I am only opening affiliation to fanlistings with shrines. A shrine can be anything from a few essays about the character/ relationship/etc to a full-blown tribute and gallery. I just want to see fanlistings as something more than a layout.
